Table Package Terms and Conditions

    1. Price: 50% deposit is due now. The remaining 50% is due upon checking-in at the event.
    2. Table Number: You can specify your preferred table number in the next step (Optional). Table number is not guaranteed. First come, first served basis.
    3. Validity: Table tickets are valid for one day only.
    4. Check-In: All reserved tables must check-in by 6:00 PM. We reserve the right to hold the reservation until 6:30 PM or it will be resold. A minimum of one person from the group is required to check-in.
    5. Package Inclusions: Table packages include event tickets. Extra table tickets can be purchased at a reduced fare of 1,100 THB per one-day ticket. Only 3 extra guests are allowed per table. All packages include mixers, Red Bull cans, and ice:
      • 0.75L package includes 6 mixers and a choice of 3 Red Bull cans
      • 1.75L package includes 12 mixers and a choice of 6 Red Bull cans
      • 4.5L packages include 32 mixers and a choice of 12 Red Bull cans
    6. Cancellation Policy: In the event that a table reservation is canceled, the following terms apply:
      • Full refund (minus booking fees) if canceled before the Monday, 2 PM of the event week.
      • After the Monday, 2 PM of the event week, we will retain the full deposit as a cancellation fee.
